Myrtle Beach Sports Center

The Myrtle Beach Sports Center, a 100,000 square foot state-of-the-art indoor sports facility, is the latest addition to Myrtle Beach's impressive sports venue roster.. Under construction and on pace to open in March 2015, the facility will feature 8 basketball courts and 16 volleyball courts spread over 72,000 square feet of column-free hardwood space. The venue has been designed to host court sports, wrestling, gymnastics, table tennis, pickle ball, and other sports events as well as trade shows. To service the event space, there are seven team rooms, telescopic bleachers, a private mezzanine for elevated viewing, a retail area, and a café with indoor/outdoor seating.

Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, the Myrtle Beach Sports Center is just two blocks from the ocean and steps away from the shopping, dining, and entertainment options that have made Myrtle Beach a popular family vacation destination. Myrtle Beach has over 15 million visitors annually and has become nationally known for its youth and amateur sports activities.

The Sports Facilities Advisory (SFA) was engaged to plan, open, and manage the Myrtle Beach Sports Center. SFA is the country's leading resource for youth and amateur sports facilities, and their experience in successfully developing and operating facilities internationally has been considered a key to success for the project.

Indoor Sports Center opened in March of 2015.
