Tidelands HealthPoint is a 40,000 square foot health and fitness facility located in Pawleys Island, SC, serving the area since 1998. The facility houses a full-service gym, pool, basketball and racquetball courts, day spa, ladies only workout room, group exercise studio, NextStep Physical Therapy Services, and more! HealthPoint also offers childcare services, youth aquatic programs, youth conditioning, personal training, and designated family time hours.
