At EVO we believe in simplicity and using the freshest ingredients possible. We have been open since 2007 and have been committed to using local products since the day we've opened. Our pizzas are neopolitan style and are cooked in a wood fired brick oven. We have a great offering of salads, sandwiches, and specials that help us showcase our wood fired oven and our beautiful local produce.
