We are Charleston Kettlebell Club: a locally owned school of strength. We provide our students with instruction to promote real world strength and conditioning utilizing kettlebells, barbells, and bodyweight movements. We offer personalized instructional training and group classes. Our missions is to instruct our students to move better, develop the skill of strength, become resilient, and set an example for the world!
