Doulas are your pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum chauffeurs.
We are here to make sure you & your partner (if applicable) are fully prepared. Unless you have a home-birth midwife theres no guarantee that you will have your preferred medical provider at your birth and that's where doula’s can come in and be that familiar comfort how is one with birth and has taken time to get to know you and only cares for you and baby. We are there from the beginning to end and everywhere in between. Doulas reduce the risk of unnecessary intervention, drastically reduce labor time, and cut down the rate of c-section significantly. We are happy to help you in whatever way you choose to birth and support you keeping your bodily autonomy and ensuring you are heard, listened to, respected, and considered during your birth. Making sure you are supported during all of your decisions is one of the many things we provide.
