On Sunday, December 31st, 2017, the creators of "The Yorktown Countdown,” will debut their newest event, "The Mansion Ball.” The event will be held at The Restoration, one of the Holy City's top boutique hotels.

On Sunday, December 31st, 2017, the creators of Charleston’s largest New Year's celebration, “The Yorktown Countdown,” will roll out their newest signature event, “The Mansion Ball.”
The event will be held at “The Restoration,” one of the city’s top boutique hotels, located just off King Street in the heart of downtown. With a roaring 20’s masquerade theme, The Mansion Ball is anticipated to be the most luxurious ball drop party in town. Organizers will use the hotel’s four largest penthouse suites and private rooftops to offer guests over 10,000 square feet of entertainment space, several premium open bars and light hors d’oeuvres, creating one truly unique Gatsby-like experience to ring in the new year.
From 9:00 PM until 1:00 AM, guests will enjoy a variety of live bands and dj’s from multiple genres, including funk, rock, dance, and Top 40 Billboard hits. Headlining acts include, “Funktastic,” a super talented party band that has made a splash from performing countless major events throughout the Southeast while presenting a range of music from the 80’s and 90’s core all the way up to the present.
Everyone's a VIP for this event. Tickets start at $150 per person and includes an all-inclusive top-shelf open bar and light hors d’oeuvres, plus access to each of the four penthouse suites and rooftop terraces, where all live entertainers are scheduled to perform for one unforgettable new year's eve experience.
